Using multi-step verification, preference assessments, and geospatial algorithms, it ensures reliable, compatible matches. Its swipe-based interface captures lifestyle nuances, while location matching optimizes commutes. Buddy Up transforms the stressful roommate search into a seamless, data-driven experience.
Challenge
Buddy Up set out to create a fresh social networking platform in a crowded market. Their key challenges were: Standing out in a space dominated by established platforms Engaging users beyond sign-up to build real community value Fast launch to capture early traction and investor interest Ensuring scalability for future growth without compromising performance
Why it mattered?
The project was initiated to provide Oliver with a digital platform that effectively showcases his photography and professional services. Our design studio was tasked with creating a website that not only displays high-quality images but also offers a user-friendly experience, aligning with the aesthetic and functional needs of a modern photography business.

How we achieved?
Foundation & Wireframing
After project kickoff, we set up dedicated communication channels to ensure smooth collaboration. Weekly client calls helped us capture requirements, resolve doubts, analyze competitors, and translate insights into moodboards and wireframes. Once finalized, these wireframes became the blueprint for the product.
Design & Alignment
With wireframes locked, we transitioned into the design phase. Following the same cycle of weekly calls, we refined visuals, incorporated client feedback, and finalized designs that aligned with the brand vision and user needs.
Development & Iteration
Approved designs were handed over for development, structured into agile sprints. Each sprint delivered working features, with demos shared for client feedback. Typically, five sprints were enough to build a robust, functional application.
Testing & Launch
Once development was complete, we conducted alpha and beta testing, shared builds with the client for validation, and fixed bugs to ensure reliability. The result was a polished app, successfully launched on marketplaces, ready to scale with users.
