Built an AI-powered cycle prediction engine that analyses individual symptom patterns, hormonal fluctuations (FSH, LH, E2, PG), and menstrual history to accurately forecast cycles and recommend optimal nutrition across all four phases (Menstruation, Follicular, Ovulatory, Luteal).
Personalised Recipe & Nutrition Recommendation Engine
Engineered a sophisticated recipe personalisation system with extensive ingredient sourcing, automated nutritional calculations, and integration with major UK grocery retailers (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Lidl) to generate phase-specific meal plans with complete nutritional breakdowns.

What we did?
Designed and implemented a secure OTP-based authentication system with comprehensive onboarding survey covering age, hormonal contraception, cycle regularity, bleeding patterns, symptoms, nutritional preferences, and shopping habits.
Built machine learning algorithms for menstrual cycle prediction and hormone level tracking across all cycle phases with daily symptom logging (cravings, bloating, mood swings, fatigue, cramps) and pattern analysis.
Developed a personalised recipe recommendation engine that processes survey data to generate weekly meal plans with complete grocery lists, calorie tracking, and macronutrient breakdowns (carbs, proteins, fats) whilst accommodating dietary restrictions (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free).
Engineered an extensive ingredient database with automated nutritional calculation system, sourcing accurate nutrient levels and enabling recipe creation with expert nutritionist annotations and preparation instructions.
Created corporate wellness features including at-home testing kit delivery, results consultation with experts, fertility and post-natal care tracking, and perimenopause support for comprehensive employee health management.
Implemented real-time notification system, weekly/monthly symptom history analytics, ovulation tracking, and multi-retailer grocery integration for seamless meal planning and health monitoring.
